Account data

Your name, email, the songs you upload, orders, reviews and support messages, used to run Song Wake and contact you about your account.

Connected social accounts

Creators can connect accounts so we read their real audience numbers through each platform's official API. We only read data; we never post for you. Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and refreshed automatically.

Twitch	Account ID, login and display name; total followers; live viewer counts while you're live; stream start and end times.	To verify the channel is yours and measure your average and peak live viewers.
YouTube	Channel ID, title and link; subscriber count; views on recent uploads; average and peak concurrent viewers per livestream (read-only YouTube and YouTube Analytics access).	To verify the channel and measure live viewers and views per post.
TikTok	Open ID, username and display name; follower, like and video counts; views and length of recent videos; individual videos when checking cover posts.	To verify the account, measure views per post, and confirm cover posts.
Instagram	Account ID, username and account type; follower count; recent reels and posts with their views and reach (Creator and Business accounts only).	To verify the account, measure views per post, and confirm cover posts.
Facebook	Page ID, name and link; page followers; video views.	To verify the Page and measure views per post.
Kick	Channel ID and slug; whether you're live and your live viewer count.	To verify the channel and measure live viewers.

We refresh these numbers once a day, and every 5 minutes while a connected Twitch or Kick channel is live. Buyers see your audience size and band, never your tokens or private analytics.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting deletes your tokens straight away. "Delete my connection data" removes the connection and its stats. See how to delete your connection data.
