Forever Posts Terms

The one-time unlock, per-post purchases, monthly checks, refunds and what isn't covered.

Draft. Song Wake will replace this with lawyer-reviewed text.

What you buy

Unlock: a one-time $29.99 payment that opens the Forever Posts portal for the life of your account. It is not a subscription and is paid entirely to Song Wake.
Forever Post: a one-time $49.99 payment per post. The creator receives $34.99 and Song Wake keeps $15.
Both are paid by card. Store credit can only be used for Social Plays and Cover Artists.
Adding the unlock while paying for a Social Plays or Cover Artists order waives that order's $9.99 service fee, once.

Instagram Posts and Reels, TikTok Videos, YouTube Videos, Shorts and Live videos, Twitch Highlights (not past broadcasts), Facebook Posts and Reels (including Reels made from Facebook Live streams) and every cover. Facebook Stories and live video links aren't eligible. Kick isn't eligible because Kick doesn't keep past streams permanently. Stories never qualify.
The order must be complete, the post must have been live at its last check, and the creator must be in the Forever Posts program.

Song Wake checks every Forever Post each month.
If the creator removes, archives, hides or makes the post private, you get the full $49.99 back for that post.
Posts removed by the platform (for example a copyright claim or suspended account), or lost because the creator deleted their account, are not covered and are not refunded.
The unlock is not refundable once the portal is unlocked.

Forever Posts keep a post up; they do not guarantee views, streams, followers or sales.
